Anniversary Picnic

Pack your picnic baskets and join the Collings-Knight House
for the midpoint celebration in our 200th Anniversary Series! We will be hosting a BYOP(icnic) event at the House on Saturday, May 16th! (Rain date May 17th)
Bring your favorite picnic food and blanket; we will supply drinks and desserts. Tables and chairs will be available for those who are not blanket-inclined. There will be period appropriate lawn games and crafts for this family-friendly outdoor event, as well as plants to “adopt” for a donation.
Always wondered what the inside of this old house looks like? Wonder no more! This event will include tours of the Collings-Knight House by our knowledgeable board members at 1:00 and 2:00pm. Our resident Girl Scouts will be in attendance to talk about their historic gardens.
* We would also appreciate some help setting up and cleaning up – students needing service hours are encouraged to step up! Opportunities include setup (11:00 am -12 pm) and takedown (3-4 pm). Link to SIgnUpGenius will be added soon, or let us know by email CKHouseNJ@gmail.com how you can help.
