Alliance House Tours and Historical Garden Presentation
October 5 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

October is History Month, so in conjunction with the Camden County Historical Alliance the Collings Knight House will be open for tours! The Alliance is highlighting various historical sights in the county throughout the month, and we are excited to join the list! There will be board members on site to answer questions about the history of the house as well as provide information about the renovations we are doing.
And speaking of renovations, the Girl Scouts of Troop 30400 will be giving a presentation about our new gardens! They are currently creating historical and pollinator gardens for us, as part of their Silver Award project. The drawing on this event is actually done by one of the Scouts, as part of their proposal for the gardens. Their hard work has been featured recently in the Retrospect, and that day they will be be going into more detail about their process, the plants they chose and why, and more.
We are excited to kick off our fall program with a chance to get to know aspects of the House both new and old, and we hope to see you there!
Tickets are not needed, but free-will donations are accepted.
